Whenever you combine lists — email addresses, keywords, entries from several files — you end up with repeats. Cleaning them out by hand is tedious and easy to get wrong.
The quick way
- Paste your list, one item per line, into Remove Duplicate Lines.
- Duplicate lines are detected and dropped, keeping the first occurrence.
- Copy the clean, unique list.
A tip for messy lists
Only exact duplicate lines are removed, so entries that differ by a stray space or capital letter count as different. If your list is inconsistent, clean it first:
- Trim stray spaces with Text Cleaner.
- Normalise casing with Case Converter.
- Then remove duplicates.
Sort while you're at it
Duplicates are easier to spot when identical lines sit together, so it can help to sort the list first. Sorting also leaves you with a tidy, predictable order once the repeats are gone.
Everything runs in your browser, so even a list of private addresses stays on your device.
