What can be translated
Letters A–Z, digits 0–9 and the punctuation . , ? ' ! / ( ) & : = + - @ have Morse codes. Accented letters are first turned into their base letter (ș becomes s), since international Morse has no codes for Romanian letters. Any other character is skipped. Between letters there's a space; between words a slash: "SOS" is "... --- ...".
Decoding
Separate letters with spaces and words with a slash, as in the output. A code that doesn't match any character is skipped instead of stopping the translation, so check the result if a letter seems to be missing. Decoded text comes out in lowercase.
