Which case for what
Title Case suits headings and titles in English. Sentence case is what most style guides now recommend for headlines, and what Romanian uses for titles. lowercase and UPPERCASE are self-explanatory. For code and file names: camelCase (variables in JavaScript and Java), PascalCase (class and component names), snake_case (Python, database columns), kebab-case (URLs and CSS classes) and CONSTANT_CASE (constants and environment variables).
Accents and special letters are kept
Conversion works letter by letter on the full alphabet, so "școala și țara" becomes "Școala Și Țara" in Title Case and "ȘCOALA" in uppercase — not "şCoala" as some ASCII-only converters produce. For code cases (camelCase, snake_case…) the words are split on spaces, punctuation and existing camel humps, so "userID number" and "user-id-number" both become userIdNumber.
